This was a cash bid reroof. Multiple layers of shingles and felt were removed to this home, a deckover was also requested with this home. We upgraded the decking, and upgraded the shingles to Tamko Heritage 30yr architectural shingles (Rustic Black), ABC Pro-guard synthetic felt. At company material cost, no mark up.
