This was an insurance claim reroof due to storm damage. We tore off the existing 25yr builder-grade shingles, and 4 layers of paper felt. We upgraded to Tamko Heritage 30yr Architectural shingles (Rustic Black), Synthetic felt and High Profile Z-Ridge at our own cost.
